Right of withdrawal (EU and EEA)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded, without giving any reason.

If you expressly asked us to start providing the digital service during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal ends at that point. Where the service has started but has not been fully provided, you may still withdraw and we may keep an amount proportionate to what was provided before you told us.

To withdraw, tell us clearly that you withdraw from the contract: send the statement to support@unnio.app, use the form below, or fill in the model withdrawal form. It is enough to send your statement before the 14-day period ends.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received for the contract, less any proportionate amount described above, no later than 14 days after we receive your statement, using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
