Plans and prices

Depending on the offer shown to you, a subscription is available as:
- an introductory trial for a set period that then renews automatically as a recurring subscription;
- a recurring subscription billed every week, every 4 weeks, every month or every year.
The exact price, currency and billing period of your plan are shown on the payment screen before you pay and in the confirmation email after the purchase.
Automatic renewal: at the end of each period the subscription renews for the same period at the price shown on the payment screen and the payment method you used is charged, until you cancel.
Cancellation: send a request from your account or through the cancellation form. Access stays active until the end of the paid period.
Price changes: we will notify you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.

1. Subscription Plans
unnio offers an introductory trial and Weekly, Monthly and Yearly subscription plans. The exact price, currency and billing period of your plan are shown on the payment screen before you pay and in the confirmation email. During promotional campaigns, a free trial period may be substituted for the paid trial. All billing terms are clearly disclosed at point of purchase.
2. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the applicable plan rate unless you cancel. A renewal reminder is sent at least 3 days before each charge.
3. Trial Period
The trial gives full access to unnio for the period shown on the payment screen. After the trial, the subscription automatically renews at the price and for the period shown on the payment screen unless cancelled. By starting a trial, you explicitly consent to the recurring charge after the trial period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription no later than 24 hours before the end of the current period via the Manage Subscription page or by emailing support@unnio.app. Cancellations are confirmed within 24 hours. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds for unused periods unless covered by the refund policy.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy and applicable law. Refunds are not automatic and must be verified before review. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges.
6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by our payment service provider. Aykon Group OÜ does not store card data. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any price change affecting your plan.
