We offer a full refund on any charge within 14 days of the transaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@unnio.app with your account email and we will process a full refund within 5 business days — no questions asked.
Email support@unnio.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We will confirm receipt within 2 hours and process the refund within 5 business days.
Refunds for charges older than 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will investigate promptly.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. We respond to all disputes within the required timeframe with complete transaction records.
